Questions about our vehicles
Is the airport transfer included in my safari?
On most private and fly-in safaris, yes: from and back to the airport. On joining-group safaris we can arrange it for a small extra cost. Your quote shows which.
Will I have a window seat on safari?
Yes. Every guest has a window seat, and the roof lifts so everyone can stand up and look out.
How many people share a Land Cruiser?
On a private safari, only your group. On a joining-group safari, up to 6 or 7 travellers on a set date.
Can I charge my phone and camera?
Yes, there are charging points in the Land Cruiser. Bring your own cable, and a power bank as a backup for long days.
Can I ask for the Alphard?
Yes. Tell us when you book. If your group is large or has a lot of luggage, we may suggest the Noah or two vehicles.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your driver checks your arrival time and waits for you. If your plans change, message us on WhatsApp.
