We will arrange for our driver to pick you up from the airport and take you to your accommodation in Arusha. You will stay overnight at Javas Hotel Encore in Arusha city, where you can relax and prepare for the adventures ahead. Arusha, also known as 'A' town by the locals, is located at the base of Mount Meru, Africa's fifth-highest mountain. The city's high altitude provides a pleasant climate and lush green environment. While some visitors may not consider Arusha particularly attractive, it is a necessary stopover before embarking on this safari adventure.

Tarangire is best known for its elephant families, savannah, iconic baobab trees, seasonal swamps, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Animals gather at the river, and giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeest are often seen. The park is also home to buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeest. These animals are closely followed by various predators, including the king of the jungle, Simba, and its cousin, the leopard. From the open roof of the vehicle, you will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the wildlife, and later drive to Suricata Boma Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will continue our journey towards the fertile highlands where the Iraqw people grow wheat, coffee, and corn. We will pass through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area to view the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Then, we will travel to the Serengeti National Park, which we should reach by midday. The Serengeti National Park is the largest in Tanzania, covering an astounding 15,000km² (5,800mi²) with diverse landscapes and habitats such as grassy plains, swamps, lakes, savannahs, and mountains. This is where the great migration of wildebeest, zebras, and antelopes occurs. Depending on the season of your visit, we may have the opportunity to witness thousands of animals searching for food and water as they migrate through the area. After an extensive game drive, we will head to the Seronera Valley for an evening meal and overnight stay at the Land of Nature Camp.

On this day, you will wake up early and have a full breakfast. Afterward, you will embark on a game drive inside Serengeti. Our driver will take you to key areas in Serengeti, ensuring you have a full day to explore. We will make sure that you have the opportunity to witness the wildebeest migration during your tour with us. The great migration varies yearly, with the best chance of seeing it from June to September. The wildebeest calving occurs from January to March. From July to September, our driver will take you to northern Serengeti, where you can witness the great wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River. Throughout the year, a million and a half of these majestic animals travel in search of fresh grazing pastures and follow the rainfall for better water sources. After a full day of game driving, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay at the Safari Haven Migration Camp.
