Why we use it
A long-established lodge inside the central Serengeti: solid walls, a restaurant and hot water after long game drives.
Serengeti Serena is one of the park’s older lodges. It is a full lodge rather than a tented camp, with built rooms, a restaurant and lounges, inside the national park.
We book it as the upgrade on some of our Serengeti safaris, for guests who would rather have walls than canvas after a long day. Ask us and we’ll add it to any Serengeti safari.

FAQs
Can I add Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge to a different safari?
Usually, yes, as long as the safari passes through Serengeti. Tell us which safari you like and we'll send the price with Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge in it.
Can I stay an extra night?
Yes. An extra night gives you a full day of game drives without packing up. We'll add the night, the extra park day and the meals to your quote.
What happens if it's full on my dates?
We tell you before you pay anything, and suggest the closest match in the same area and price range.
Is it suitable for children?
Tell us your children's ages and we'll check the property's rules for your dates. Some camps set a minimum age.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid until you're happy with the quote. Then a deposit holds the safari: 20% for camping safaris, 40% for lodge safaris.
